Description
Bonviva, in its tablet form, is a prescription-only drug that is renowned for its bone-protective activity. Its active ingredient, ibandronic acid as sodium monohydrate, is a nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate that helps to inhibit bone resorption. Each Bonviva tablet is white to off-white in color, oblong shaped, film-coated, and marked on each side. Each tablet contains 150g of ibandronic acid. These tablets are supplied in blister packs that are sealed with aluminum foil. This oral medication does not require any special storage conditions
